What a gem! The hotel, the decor, the grounds were all beautiful. The staff were some of the most helpful and friendly we’ve met anywhere. The whole experience was excellent quality from the bathrobes in the bedrooms to the superb breakfast. Great value luxury.

Easy check in on line. The hotel is full of character and beautifully appointed. The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities you need. We had a comfy room, which was fairly small but lovely. The bar was reasonably priced for a hotel and the Continental breakfast had plenty of variety and was good quality. The location was excellent for exploring, with Conwy and Bodnant Gardens approx 10 mins drive away. We had a great stay and would return.

A really nice stay. I studied for my accountancy exams here so it was amazing to see the upgrade from student rooms to a stylish country house hotel. Close to various sights makes it a great base for days out but the lack of a kitchen is a downside. They worked around it well for breakfast but in the evening it means someone has to drive out for supper.

From the warm welcome at reception, to the comfortable, quiet room and the cosy lounge/bar area, to the most amazing healthy choices for the “continental” breakfast, this hotel was exactly what we like. It’s out in the countryside, but close enough to Conwy and the beautiful NT Bodnant Gardens.

Superb customer services. Grounds amazing, particularly for children and dog owners. A huge majestic tree with a tree swing. Breakfast excrllent. No dining option but we ate s lovely meal at a lical bistro pub. A list of eateries was provided by the hotel on request. Cosy log fire - beautiful old interior dark wood intermingled with modern art. Very atmospheric and in keeping with a hotel built in the 1800s. Outstanding. Some reviews list it as 3 star. Much more than that.

Beautiful building in a super location. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and also the communal areas. Lovely grounds to walk around. The breakfast was continental but plentiful with good quality local produce.

Caer Rhun Hall is a very special place. A beautiful building in it's own grounds. The rooms are gorgeous and well equipped. Loved the fluffy dressing gowns and slippers. Staff are lovely, very friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The continental breakfast was beyond expectations. So much choice and everything so fresh and tempting. The ambience of the whole place is relaxing and cosy. We were reluctant to leave!
