All very nice overall. Awater machine or something in the pool, sauna area and biscuits and tea in the room replenished each night of our stay.

The hotel was excellent. Ideally situated and wonderful staff. The room was well equipped and warm. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant on Thursday evening, 19 October. It really added to the whole experience.
Other Comments
we would have liked to spend some time exploring Betws-Y-Coed but the weather was absolutely dreadful, although we climbed Snowden on the Thursday! It is a place to revisit.

From check in to check out, it was absolutely fine. The bedrooms are lovely & the public rooms are very well maintained. All in all, a really nice place to stay, and if the weather turns unpleasant, there is a very nice spa.

And no trains on national or narrow railways.

Nice room but a bit dated. Staff all very nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast except for the poor coffee.

On th first night we were obliged to eat in the bar as the restaurant was not open but noise from the 'dog area ruined this expereince despite the food being good. Our complaint was acknowledged and a table made available in the restaurant the following night which was good as was the food.
