We had a lovely one night break here which was a gift for my partner’s birthday. We used the leisure pool which was quiet and relaxing - A great asset. Our room in the courtyard was like a self contained chalet - a huge bed, sofa and coffee table in front of a tv. The bathroom had a bath with a powerful shower. There was a great choice for breakfast which was freshly cooked to order & nothing was too much trouble. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner so we had to go into the town.

The staff were wery good despite the restrictions. The room was clean but very dated and the beds were uncomfortable.

We booked this particular hotel for the indoor pool facilities. but we realised that up to six people could use the facility at the same time and as we are in the vunerable group we didnt swim. We thought that as we booked a slot that it would be exclusive because of Covis and it wasnt. This was only explained to us when we arrived at the pool. We were very dissapointed.

Lovely hotel five minutes walk from Betws y Coed, very pleasant staff, very comfortable dog friendly lodge. Excellent pool, jacuzzi and sauna included as well as gym facilities. Good average breakfast but not clear as to what you are entitled to and options not not made clear on arrival. Excellent dog facilities in the dog friendly area of the bar. Plenty of free parking spaces.

If staying in one of the lodges you park outside your front door as if you were living there. Travelzoo prices made this stay excellent value for money so please check normal rates. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a find. Lovely staff, atmosphere and facilities. Rooms were spacious and clean/comfortable. The Leisure facilities were excellent and we were especially impressed with the Covid restrictions/care being carried out, so felt that everything was safe and clean. Will definitely visit again.
