Lovely lady on reception, very professional attitude, hotel should be proud of her as she was a star re-allocating us a new room. Good location. Nice hospitality tray, plenty of choice, good quality towels. Nice breakfast work his quality food and covered to ensure was hot.
Other Comments
We were allocated an internal bedroom with single paned glass windows of which one didn't fully close. Very old fashioned room, dark even with lights on and clostraphic. Nothing in the description mentioned the option that an internal room could be allocated. Very steep stairs going up to it.
Got a new room allocated, lovely room even if it was red hot with no heating on, could live with that though with the windows open and a fan on (even in November). Not much of an atmosphere in the dining room.
Disappointed with the level of noise from the music at a wedding, I rang reception to be told 'yeah the noise does travel' couldn't hear the TV over the music or settle to sleep therefore a very tired Sunday which restricted our plans and we headed for home early.

Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.
Other Comments
The room was warm and cosy and we enjoyed the bath as it was such cold weather outside. The food was delicious with generous portions and all the staff were very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great stay, upgraded room, excellent restaurant. Helpful staff. Excellent position for Telford, bridgenorth and all the museums. Be aware during winter the museums are closed Mondays and Tuesdays We were in room 42, a very nice room but would not recommend if a function was on, its directly over the function room and the noise would be unberable. ,

The rooms with over bath showers could do with a grab rail to assist with ingress and egress for us “ oldies”

Everything was perfect except for our room (it was nearly perfect ) but the bathroom was outside the bedroom and had steps down to it .To be fair a light came on immediately the door opened during the night and there was a rail to hold so not a problem in the end .
