The masseur was very good and generous with his time. The sauna was a good temperature. The afternoon tea was excellent, albeit a bit top heavy on sweet versus savoury. The hotel has an interesting, quirky ambience.

A lovely quirky hotel. The staff were very polite. The afternoon tea was delicious and the waiters/waitresses very polite and attentive. There were just a couple of things, we were told to attend half an hour early for information to be given but we were left to the starting time for staff to fetch us. There was no medical questionnaire which I was very suprised about seeing as the facilities included a sauna and the treatments were skin orientated. The only other thing we were told we would get robes to wear and we were only given towels, which by the end of the treatments and sauna were too wet really to dry you off properly when you had your final shower to get dressed. Having said this I would return as the Hotel, staff and afternoon tea were great.

The interior design of the building is bonkers, but in a great way. The hammam experience was excellent and the afternoon tea would match any you might have in a five star hotel.

staff were friendly and the masseuse professional and a wonderful hammam treatment. There is only a sauna to use, no pool. Not really a place to linger/relax after your treatment. This was fine for us on this occasion. The hotel decor is eclectic, the afternoon tea was plenty albeit heavy on the sweet desserts. very good value.

This was a fantastic experience, booked to celebrate my partner's birthday. We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel's quirky décor and interesting history. The afternoon tea was lovely and included a glass of prosecco, as promised. The spa experience was also fantastic - the facilities include a Turkish hammam-style room, which we had to ourselves, and a sauna. We also each had a massage, and our therapist, Atakan, was amazing - one of the best massages I've ever had. Overall, it was exactly what I hoped and I would not hesitate to book it again or recommend it.

We used the sauna and hammam which were great the facilities are extremely clean and well maintained the Swedish massage was wonderful a great experience I would definitely return . Afternoon tea was very good had informed of dietary requirements prior to attend and we were extremely happy with selection of sandwiches and cakes

It’s a very quaint place lots of figurines/ornaments but the spa is very modern very spacious and very clean.

it as a catch up day with a girlfriend to relax and get away from our daily routines. We were amazed by the deco, not to our tastes, but we enjoyed the quirkiness. Unsure if the team is familiar with the Travelzoo voucher process, so there was a slight wait. But once everything is 'understood', the afternoon went very well. The Turkish bath was a new experience, the massage amazingly relaxed, and the afternoon was generous, I took home a little 'doggy bag'.

We both said we'd love to go back for dinner at their restaurant! Great unhurried, and attentive service.
