Due to a female-only policy at the spa on Tuesdays, males must use the voucher on an alternative day. A maximum of six people per group. Treatments can be taken simultaneously — this must be requested at time of booking, This treatment is only suitable for those aged 18-60. Not suitable during pregnancy or for people with high blood pressure or skin diseases. No bicycles, scooters, or any professional equipment should be brought to the spa. Please bring swimwear and moisturiser. Towel hire is not included; you can either bring your own or hire from the spa at a cost of £3 for one towel or £5 for two. My booking was for a 90 minutes treatment. The experience lasted 70 minutes including 8 -10 minutes spent showering. Masque treatment spoiled my bikini. No tea or coffee offered.

My friend and I had a pleasant and relaxing hammam experience. We had a male and female therapist for us two females, and although I think this should have been communicated before we were changed, it wasn't an issue for us and they took precautions to ensure our privacy was respected. It's a bit on the no-frills side, but all in all, we left relaxed and squeaky clean, and would recommend this venue for the price.

It was a very nice / relaxing experience. The staff were really lovely and courteous. It was maybe a little too busy for my liking with just one changing area when at one point there were 5 of us cramped in there which I found a little awkward.

It would be helpful if they would take online bookings than having to ring so many times on different days to finally get through to book an appointment. Also it would be helpful if you sent confirmation of the appointment booked as there was clearly a double booking made at the slot when we arrived which thankfully was remedied swiftly.

I was able to book an appointment the same day - which I was amazed and delighted about. The staff are very polite and respectful. The young lady who handled my treatment was very professional and the experience of being scrubbed, massaged & having a mud body mask was luxurious & relaxing. Especially when combined with warm water.

A word of warning - your hair gets very wet, so it may be worth taking a shower cap with you. A hairdryer is provided in the changing room, but if you are a hurry after the treatment, your hair will still be wet.

A really lovely little gem had a wonderful relaxing time very Turkish felt like being abroad. We had steam room then an authentic bubble massage and then a honey body mask treatment left my skin wonderful would recommend a trip to this place. Bring your own towels

On arrival receptionist showed us to a waiting area downstairs, several staff members walked past us without any acknowledgement. After about 10-15 minutes we were shown to the changing area's, In the female changing area there is one changing cubicle, some lockers and a dressing table with hairdryer. You will need to bring your own towels, slippers and body lotion. The steam room was not clean, there was bunches of hair everywhere. The treatment itself was very good although I felt that I was contantly being scrubbed in the same area which made my skin feel like it was burning! Overall I would say its good value for money if you get this on a deal, the customer services definitely needs to be improved as well as the cleanliness.

changing area. There is one cubical to change the clothes., and its was so small that few ladies standing there to change and then on the top couple off them try to dry their hair and do makeup. There was one stool only so you have to stand to pull your trouser or legging. I don't like to undressed in front of the other. I found that they just made to many small area to get people in but didn't kept in mind that some ladies like to get dress privately. No area to relax after the spa.

The experience was excellent. After a challenging start, in a room that was cold and marble as cold, I was thinking of leaving. Then I was asked to move rooms to a much warmer room with delightful warm marble table. My masseuse was very talented and professional. I throughly enjoyed it , most especially the magic warm bubbles. The changing room was busy, with other clients , so friendly we all managed to sort out any issues.

We were told that changing space was limited but if I hadn’t used the ‘men’s’ area there would have been five women in the changing room. So you could hardly move. That is the only negative comment although the Left hand shower was quite weak and the shower gel dispenser didn’t work. I had to use shampoo. Lovely otherwise.
