We didn’t think the food was that good considering it was a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and he is so fussy about everything. The steak was average and no thought had gone into the presentation.

We were supposed to have 3 courses when we only got 2. We also didn’t get our glass of bubbly each. We gave in the voucher on entering the restaurant, so we assumed the waiting staff knew what we were entitled to. All other restaurants accepting vouchers explain what is included.

As compensation they did not charge us for our drinks.

Easy to book, very helpful, happy staff. Food was excellent and very good value. Restaurant is clean, modern and accessible to my husband who is in a wheelchair. As soon as we arrived outside, a member of staff came out with the ramp and the restaurant has an accessible toilet. Would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Enjoyed the experience overall. Took my parents who were in their 80's and it was a little noisy.

We had a fabulous time at Heddon Street Kitchen for the second time. The drinks arrived swiftly and there were some delicious dishes to choose from. The food served was incredibly scrumptious and served hot with a smile. Lovely Atmosphere overall. Thanks to all the staff and especially the chef.

We had to wait 45 minutes just to receive our starter. The room quickly became overly loud. What’s with the awful fake wisteria? The harissa on the lamb ribs was non existent and it was flavourless. The chimichurri contained no chili at all

The ataffcwee friendly and professional. Food was delicious. My daughteris lactose intolerant and the staff went out of their way to make sure to check exactly she was able to eat. She thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

The two members of staff who attended us were extremely nice & apologetic for our collective dissatisfaction with the meal. One actually said there had been a problem with the steak.

Out of 4 main courses, 1 was poor, 2 steak inedible. Very disappointing all round. Definitely not worth the voucher money. Gordon Ramsey would be appalled with what was served. We were given a reduction in drink & other extras, but in all honesty I think we should be refunded at least 50% of the 2 voucher costs

Our booking was straight forward, the three course menu was fabulous and the service outstanding. The choices for the three courses were excellent, providing much variety to suit all tastes. The quality and flavours were delicious, and the brownie dessert was perhaps the best brownie I’ve had in all my life! Thank you Travelzoo for bringing our attention to this deal - it was one of many highlights on our visit in London!

Missed out on one choice of starter due “no longer available”. Soup was very good mind. Missed out on desert because “there was a problem in the kitchen” (ice cream and brownie??). Had to go to theatre.
What we had was very tasty.
