The hotel is ideally located for exploring London before or after your afternoon tea. It's only a short walk to Hyde Park, the V&A, and Royal Albert Hall.

Such caring and polite staff. Couldn't be more helpful! The food was absolutely delicious and though there doesn't look much (the presentation is outstanding!) it is more than enough. The menu choices were better than expected and the Mimosa cocktail is delicious. Will definitely take up another offer at this venue. Obviously extras are expensive but it is a 5* hotel. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

On both of our visits, the food has been exceptional, beautifully presented and the service is excellent.
The atmosphere was a bit subdued, but it may have been quiet, as the weather was appalling.
Our only criticism was that food could have been hotter, but if you fancy some fine dining, at a great price, we would thoroughly reccommend this venue.

The steak was really tough to get through and is not as appeared in the picture. One big lump as apposition to a nicely cut steak. The quality was poor meaning it being one lump made it even tougher to chop and eat. Disappointed.

Poor quality food over cooked and oily. Chef, taking shortcuts and frying instead of roasting potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding. Common theme in cafeterias, but should not find it in a hotel of this caliber. Vegetables were chard, and the meat was of very poor quality. The sirloin steak was chewy and stringy. The staff were great and very apologetic and accommodating.
