It's headed up by award-winning executive chef André Garrett. There is a focus on seasonality and sustainability, using ingredients sourced from trusted artisanal suppliers.

The beef dish had to be returned as texture was chewy and not as expected from a slow cooked dish. Although one expects to pay more for a glass of wine, (not a premiere cru) at £15.50 for a 125ml glass did not represent value for money and would not take up wine again at this restaurant.

This hotel has become a favourite of mine. The surroundings are exquisite. The staff provide exemplary customer service. I have made several visits to the hotel, having coffee, afternoon tea and have eaten in the Northall and in Kerridge’s. The standard has been first-class on every occasion. Travelzoo’s dining vouchers have been a great way of expanding my experiences at the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Northall Restaurant. It was not particularly busy as we choose a later start time.
We thought the staff were all very friendly and made you feel welcome.
The quality of the food was delicious and generous.

In particular we thought Natalie was charming and very friendly. We equally really liked her female colleague but unfortunately did not ask her name.

The building is located less than 5 minutes from both Embankment and Haring Cross stations so we arrived earlier than planned. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The food was so delicious!!! I will definitely return

From the moment we arrived, we received a lovely warm welcome from front of house staff at the restaurant. The waiters and Sommelier were all very helpful, friendly and engaging. Various dishes on the menu were explained to us and help given on portion sizes etc. The menu was comprehensive, the food was presented beautifully and very delicious.

I often purchase Travelzoo vouchers to try different restaurants with friends and, so far, the Corinthian has been the best experience. Sometimes we are made to feel a bit inferior because we are there on a voucher although our spend on drinks is often considerable. The staff at Corinthia couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly - we really felt that they were genuinely pleased we were dining with them at a time when the restaurant was pretty quiet. Well done to the professionalism and first class service delivered by all the staff we engaged with. Our group are all keen to go back.

The staff were extremely attentive, probably because there were only about 11 dining guests.
The Maitre de suggested Noam beer to my partner which he really enjoyed, she was very charming.
The complimentary glass of champagne was really nice and delicious.
The wine list is extensive from £60-£1000+

The set lunch menu when you read it sounded amazing but the reality on the plate was very disappointing. the Salmon starter -the salmon had a lovely smokey flavour, couldn’t taste the horseradish in the cream and the dashi was non descript and bland. Heritage beetroot starter - beetroot had little or no flavour and the cashew curd just overpowered the dish. The escalope of chicken main was dry and tough the coating was burnt in places and the Aberdeen Beef we were told would be very pink and was that OK which we like but it definitely was not pink and on the dry side. It wasn’t until we got home we realised it wasn’t served with french fries. The sides of beans and wild mushrooms were delicious and we did order a side of french fries (for which we paid).
The warm chocolate fondant was nice as was the milk icecream and the raspberry puree garnish.

Good value voucher. Loved our starters. Main course was a little tasteless to be honest. Chicken should have been seasoned whilst cooking. Desserts were very nice and a special offering for my husband as it was his birthday. Staff were lovely and very attentive.

A nice atmospheric restaurant/hotel. The staff were attentive although one of them made an error by giving the main course to the wrong person without asking which of us had ordered it. However the French waiter and the Ukrainian supervisor were good.
The meat on the Aberdeen steak was a bit tough and my companion said the mashed potato was a bit too buttery. Not bad but perhaps could do better. However I though the first and third courses were excellent.

The welcome at this hotel was underwhelming and could have been better. The service and atmosphere in Keridges was poor. Wouldn’t go back there but would definitely go to Corinthia again. Suggest some of the staff look happier in their jobs and make you feel more welcome. Staff in the Northall restaurant were absolutely excellent.
