Yaatra occupies a Grade II-listed building that dates back to 1906—the iconic building was formerly Westminster Fire Station.
Head chef Amit Bagyal, formerly of Michelin-starred restaurant Benares, runs the kitchen.

We loved every minute of this experience, Yaatra is an exceptional restaurant. The service is impeccable and everyone is friendly and helpful. The meal itself was exceptional! The chef has a real talent for showcasing Indian food at its very best but in a new and contemporary way. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing! The chicken I had was probably the best I've ever had! They even designed a special vegan tasting menu for my husband as he has a dairy allergy and it was really cleverly executed. This is our second visit to Yaatra and will become our 'Go-to' when in London.

This is a restaurant I will recommend to anyone who can afford it. The staff were so very welcoming and even the table service they were so polite and answered any questions we had about the meal. A truly wonderful restaurant and I've already recommended it to my friends. We were so lucky to get such a good deal. The friend I took with me it was her birthday and they brought in a little cake with a candle and Happy Birthday written on the plate. Truly touching.

Fabulous food with relaxed but attentive service in lovely surroundings.
We had a trip to London booked and were unsure where to eat. I saw the travelzoo voucher online and wasn’t sure what to expect because it was such a good deal! A 3 course set menu for 2 people with a welcome cocktail for £49(the set menu is available at the restaurant without the voucher I noticed at a slightly higher but not unreasonable price)
It was fabulous. We added saffron rice and a bread basket and when our dessert was served an extra brownie was also delivered to the table with a candle for my friends birthday which was a lovely touch.
Would definitely return and recommend.
It was a great start to our weekend away.

Lovely meal, although we all struggled with the chicken starter. Spice was not constrained to the two side sauces but through the salad too. We all found it too spicy and some could not eat it. Rest of the meal was great.
