    This is now the second time I have been back doing the same deal. My last rating highlighted the same issue which is a great disappointment as I like to give places another chance in case it was a one off. Sadly it is not a one off when it comes to your drink being topped up as unlimited means unlimited and your glass should not be empty or you should be asked if you would like a top up. It is annoying and embarrassing to have to keep asking for another drink so disappointing.

    I will comment that it’s fantastic the food top quality. I can only hope they read reviews and correct these errors then you can compete with others. I would seriously have to think twice about coming back and as I said such a shame if that was the case.

    A beautiful hotel. Easy to get to from Embankment station. A lovely welcome from the young lady on entering and shown to our table. Ozoda s service was spot on. Very polite and efficient. Drinks were regularly replenished. The food was extremely tasty, well presented and just fab! Paid extra for dessert course. Didnt feel rushed to leave. Later in the day we returned to the Lounge for refreshments.

    The service was non existent . I assume they are short of staff. There were very few people dining. No atmosphere. Seats were uncomfortable.
