Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account." After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. For a fee, you can make vouchers refundable until their expiration date when you check out. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. Shakespeare's Globe is a working theatre and tour times vary due to performance schedules and occasionally take place during rehearsals. We advise visitors arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure. The tour is in English. Guided tour language sheets are available in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Portuguese, Dutch, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

Must be used by one adult (aged 16 and over) in one visit. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on site. Children under three visit for free. Subject to availability.
