We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Resident Kensington. The reception staff were unbelievably helpful both prior to our stay and during our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 12.30 and our room was ready for us. The location was fab with easy tube connections into the city. We really appreciated the late check out - 11am The hotel invited us to join them for a complimentary drink at 6pm but unfortunately we didn't make it back in time - it was a lovely gesture and totally unexpected. We would highly recommend this hotel.
