Was good value for spa day , but there was no relaxing atmosphere . Pool was full of acryivity classes and family guests-so noisey. Steam room not working which just left small sauna . The only space to sit was in the relaxation room - where people were in and out for treatments and talking . Whole place was really cold -especially treatment rooms , so I couldn't relax and enjoy the massage.

Nice day good light lunch with nutritious salads with Prosecco. Cafe staff very helpful and friendly. Spa treatments very professional. Steam room always seems to be out of order. A second jacuzzi would make it better in pool area. Lovely areas to walk outside.

Treatments at Belton Spa are first class as are therapists I would just like fresh clean towels on the treatment couch for each client. The spa would then get a 5* from me. Reception a little slow

Lovely treatments . Lunch satisfactory with nice birthday cake surprise for one . Told on the day that as it is a hotel there would be children in swimming pool but at restricted times . Good sized sauna .would have liked option to join in aqua robics session that took place in pool . What was on offer was good for the price

The booking process was excellent - Becca couldn't have been more helpful. We were a group of 7 friends making a return trip for a day of pampering. They managed to get all our treatments arranged for the same time, so we had a morning of swimming, gym, sauna etc , then a lovely healthy lunch and an afternoon of beauty and relaxation. Lovely staff and the facilities are all modern and clean. This is a really good hotel spa.

Didn’t like having to book via email. Would have preferred to speak directly with someone. Had a lovely day. Facilities were good, although steam room out of order. It was nice and warm. Lunch was very good. Treatments excellent and beautician very pleasant and professional
