Very nice hotel. Restaurant food was very good and plentiful. Good range of food for breakfast. Didn’t use spa as forgot swimwear but pool looked good.. Two night booking- room was not serviced after first night. Not a problem but thought that was only normal during covid. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is lovely inside, outside needs a bit of TLC. Our main problem was the noise from the main road, it is relentless, was awake from 5am both mornings! The breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from. We had a swim & my husband used the sauna, both very good!

Lack of staff to support guests. Left queuing too long for breakfasts and night meal. Totally spoilt our stay. Only stayed 1 night of two we paid for as couldn’t bear another long breakfast wait/queue the 2nd day.

Disappointed menu had changed and it hadn’t been updated online, even restaurant name had changed do had to find somewhere else for evening meal, everything thing else was lovely

Was abit let down when we arrived as was told the swimming pool and jacuzzi were not working while we were there as we p,anned to have a spa day on our last day so just made do with massage each.but hotel is good clean and tidy but the bedrooms could do with updating

The staff were excellent throughout. The reception staff were extremely friendly and amenable and would go the extra mile for you and the restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and professional. The food was very good particularly the evening meals which were excellent and overall the hotel was very good value for money. The bedrooms were a good size on the upper floors with a lot of amenities. The only downside was that the fridge could do with being encased in a unit to make it less noisy at night and the rooms generally could do with a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit worn. They were however very clean, with excellent fluffy towels, lots of toiletries and facilities. We really appreciated the air conditioning whilst we were away.

Overall the hotel represents excellent value for money, is close to Lincoln, is well managed with excellent staff and provides clean accommodation with lots of extras. I would definitely recommend to others.
