The facilities at the spa include a heated pool, a whirlpool spa, a sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, and a gym.
The hotel is on St Annes' promenade, and is the perfect location to take a walk on the beach or around the Fylde Coast.

I booked in August for November for 5 people however when i made a booking query 2 weeks prior to our visit no booking was there. The staff did sort it but on the day health club staff dudnf know what time our food was being provided. Once again staff sorted it and our afternoon tea was lovely. We all enjoyed our treatments given by a very pleasant young lady. We wont return as it was a health club / hotel with lots of children in the pool and quite busy

Staff very helpful and friendly. Spa treatment was amazing. Afternoon tea was delicious. Facilities were good.
Hotel was very good but could do with updating a little as in the front windows were dirty and areas of pool area and changing rooms were a bit shabby.
Overall a great time thank you.

The facial was lovely and so relaxing. The afternoon tea was excellent. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue was a lack of parking. The hotel car park is small and was full. The promenade outside has a 2 hour restriction which wasn't long enough to cover our visit. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of our morning to find alternative parking which was a bit of a nuisance.

The massage was really good i was not shown anything snd wasnt asked if i had been before .The changing rooms were dirty and disgusting a dirty nappy debris banansskin and sanitary towel .Also was leant a primark pair of flip flops which had to been given back (primark ) where is the infection control After all i could have had atheletes foot verucaas fungal nailon infection And we have just gone through covid i did lodge a complaint

Aqua Aerobics in Pool for the full hour I could use it, Massage hurt me and had to ask them to stop and no ambience whatsoever, should have been allowed to have afternoon tea in a lounge with 2 hours to relax and was put in the bar to eat my afternoon tea so was not comfortable so left 2 hours early

Booking in to the Spa was easy. We were shown the changing rooms and the spa reception, then handed a towel and very soft dressing gown. The pool was a great size though a little busy with children (it was school holidays). The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were very good. The best bit was the back massage, very good deep tissue massage, very relaxing. Followed by afternoon tea in the lounge finished off a very relaxed day.

The venue was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. I was a little disappointed with the hot stone massage which I paid an extra £10 for. The lady used them at the beginning then just used her hands. When she used the stones again they were no longer hot.

Areas of the ‘spa’ were tired and shabby
Staff were rude at reception
No music during the massage as it was broke which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable

The area round the sauna and steam room smelt like urine
Kids were in the hot tub under age
Kids running round and shouting making it not very relaxing
Music could be heard in the sauna from the gym which was just ‘boom boom boom’ sounds which wasn’t relaxing

Female changing rooms absolutely stunk (a cross between a fish market and sewage). Changing rooms were dirty. Broken tiles in the shower cubicle. Flimsy curtains in the shower cubicles...not proper doors. Not particularly private.Sauna /steam room looked like they needed a clean. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Staff didn't seem to know what to do. I had upgraded to a 55 min massage and my paperwork was emailed through. When we arrived, no-one knew about the upgrade and they wouldn't honour it even though I had emails stating the upgrade. Also, we weren't told that both of us were in the one room, on 2 beds, near to each other. No-one mentioned this when booking.Not private enough for us. Had we known it was one room, we wouldn't have booked it. Waited about for afternoon tea but no-one came. Dirty tables in the lounge area. Eventually, staff turned up after me making phone calls and hurriedly cleaned up (some tables were already set up for AT). Whilst the food was fine, no-one came back to ask if everything was OK, no-one asked if we wanted more tea. No music until part way through, so really, it was just like sitting in a canteen. Nothing special. All in all, as this was a special retirement present for my friend, it wasn't what I expected nor do we want to experience again. Also, the pool was full of children playing with inflatable toys. Hardly the relaxing spa afternoon we thought we were going to have.

2 mothers and their daughters enjoyed a lovely relaxing day. We had time to enjoy a chat whilst enjoying the sauna, steam room and whirlpool. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool. This followed a full body massage (we had upgraded our voucher to 1 hour treatment). Lastly we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. The staff were very attentive and friendly and all of our day ran to schedule with no delays or problems. Totally stress free.

The food platters were excellent,from the sea and vegetation from the land. There was a good size swimming pool,sauna steam room and jacuzzi.The back massage was excellent and I felt really relaxed after ,my wife’s facial was also enjoyable,we finished off the day with a glass of Prosecco.

First visit to the hotel. Very light and airy with great facilities. The spa (recently renovated) was a relaxing expansive area.
