I booked on phone to central office as had queries and wanted to check as booked deal with Travel Zoo. All organised very efficiently, even when had to change time of our treatments. 4 adults and treatments scheduled for same time slots, which was brilliant. Treatments were excellent, did not feel short changed and therapists, according to my friends, said all were good. Light lunch had sufficient choice on mains and all courses tasty. Would definitely recommend the day, particularly with the deal. I will be looking again for a deal to go again.

Spa area had a sauna and steam room, very hot on day we were there and jacuzzi which was a bit disappointing as button kept jamming. Due to layout of pool area there are not many chairs, loungers for a day out. Would not want to spend too long in the area. Dining area for spa people is at the back of the restaurant and very dark, despite being a sunny day. The tables by windows are set for evening meals apparently. We were able to sit out at a table in the foyer area, which was much lighter. The changing rooms were not the best, with hand wash needing replacing & few other issues.
