Lovely staff, good location. Only problem was the very dated bathroom including the terrible shower. Had to use the pool showers.

The meal was excellent breakfast was as good as a buffet is certainly edible. Hopefully it will come up again would definitely book again maybe longer next time.

This is our 2nd visit. Booked the deal last year and enjoyed it so much. It was excellent value for the offer amount Great room. Leisure facilities great. Location excellent.Food choice very good. Very friendly helpful staff especially receptionist Emily and Restaurant waitress Sally. Looking forward to next year.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for a 2/3 night break. Location is excellent for visiting lots of places of interest and close to Motorway. 10 out of 10🙌

2 nights and 2 very nice evening meals. Breakfast was very good also with tasty sausages. All staff were very helpful and the older staff members had time for a meaningful chat that felt welcoming and genuinely they seemed interested in our days out experience…….many thanks for being so well looked after!

We went to the hotel for a 2 day break with friends. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the food and felt the Travelzoo offer was excellent value. The location was quite built up but within driving distance of some pleasant venues.

I had booked a table for dinner, but when we arrived I was told that there was a wedding on and we could not use the restaurant or half of the bar. We sat in the lobby area for our food, which was quite disappointing. Some of the staff did not know how to order food in there and there was no table service until around 8.30pm when we had nearly finished. The hotel was noisy and untidy.
