A bit noisy when guest return to hotel after late night out. Otherwise very relaxing stay. food was ok great breakfast choices.

We were disappointed with the sanctuary spa. Our booking was misunderstood. I asked for 1 hour shell full body massages and was booked for 1\2 hour neck and back only. I cancelled my massage disappointed. Only 1 masseuse on duty in one small room. I would not book again if we return to Orida hotel. They let down the hotel.

We were in a room which had alot of road noise so didn't have the best sleep on the two nights and also the curtains gave us alot of light pollution. Wouldn't stay in that room if going back

Requested a room on ground floor near to entrance, which we were given, and as added bonus the swimming pool was at the other end of the corridor, a great room choice! Room clean and spacious. All meals good.

Only concern was that the floor in the swimming pool was very slippery. Had I not taken a walking stick with me I would not have ventured into the pool. We felt we had had a really good deal overall, great value for money and welcome extras which we enjoyed. Staff were all friendly and helpful, apart from second morning in the pool, a very offhand chap on duty!

We had a good time and stayed in a nice room. Our only complaint was a out the staff service in the bar and restaurant. We waited an hour for lunch which seemed to have been forgotten. And in the breakfast restaurant, some items had been emptied and the staff didn't seem to notice and bring replacements. Not sure if this was a shortage of staff or new untrained staff members, but service wasn't as expected. Reception and other areas of the hotel were fine.

Really nice hotel layout with nice restaurant area linked to chill out area with a Starbucks plus bar ... with very expensive drinks!! Good location .. we walked into town in half an hour. Good parking facilities as well. Rooms spacious and well equipped with a fridge an unusual addition.
