Great location within a few minutes walk of the sea and nature reserve. Good pubs and cafes within walking distance. An easy 2 mile walk to Ryde along seafront promenade. The holiday cottage has all the facilities for a good holiday. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. We had a good view of countryside both front and back of the property.

This is a quiet time of the year, and the complex not overrun with holiday makers. It was a very acceptable base for 4 nights. No frills, but pleasant enough for our needs. Seaview provided a good base and there are great view from there over the Solent towards Portsmouth. While we mainly used our own car buses around the island seem plentiful, and there are some nice coastal walks both into Ryde and down towards Bembridge harbour.

Good location, with nature reserve and sea close by. We felt the cottage would be crowded with 4 people (even 2 adults, 2 children).

We had a couple of small issues (TV remote not working (not the batteries) and a dripping tap). We reported these to reception on our way out for the day and by the time we returned both issues had been resolved. Excellent service!
