The deluxe Hôtel de Silhouette is one of the oldest buildings in Biarritz, and features a peaceful garden, a tea room, and ever-changing art exhibitions.
Les Halles, a vibrant food market with tasting bars, organic bakeries, and cheese and charcuterie stalls, is opposite the hotel.
Biarritz is "the Monte Carlo of the Atlantic coast" (Condé Nast Traveller), known for its world-class surfing, elegant buildings, stunning coastline, and fresh, local food.
Breakfast includes freshly baked pastries and yoghurt sourced from a local, organic farm; rooms have city or garden views with robes and Nuxe toiletries in the bathrooms.
