Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff in each room. River Cottage restaurant was lovely. Rather disappointed with the garden and extremely disappointed to discover that if one wanted to visit the family garden or farm, i.e. the 'whole experience', this was not covered by the ticket and you had to pay a fair bit extra. It was a long way to go for just a visit to the house and a small half a garden.
