Great back massage Lovely lunch with prosecco. Slightly marred by drilling sounds from the pool refurb going on, couldn't hear ourselves speak! But mercifully that ended after 20mins

The spa and treatment was excellent . But I have to say that the food was rather dry and I had to ask for our Prosecco that was included In the deal , the staff however were excellent

It was wonderful, I went with my daughter for her birthday, we enjoyed a complimentary coffee on arrival had 3 hours in the spa, with whirlpool, sauna, steamroom and pool. We then went through for our inclusive mud wrap treatment which was so lovely, followed by a lovely 2 course lunch with prosecco. They even brought a special plate with Happy birthday in chocolate and petit fours. All in all a fantastic day

Thoroughly enjoyed my spa day. Reception was welcoming and designated locker contained robe, slippers & towel. Facilities within spa although busy felt tranquil and other guests were considerate of others.

We had a very nice afternoon tea in pleasant surroundings. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel was impressive with many different areas, with differing decor, in which to dine and relax. It was a hot day and the indoor pool had a door open to the gardens. Outdoor areas were very pleasant too, with a bar set up on the lawns with tables and sunbeds. Everywhere was extremely clean.
