Other Comments
For older people perhaps non-slip mats, disability bars etc could be useful.

It was very difficult to reach anyone to book initially, once we did book it was well confirmed by e mail. However, 48 hours before we were due to go (bearing in mind this was a Birthday treat) I became very unwell with suspected pneumonia. I attempted to speak with the hotel, via phone and email to no avail. When I was actually able to reach the hotel spa on the morning before our visit they were incredibly inflexible and stated they required at least 72 hours notice. I explained that my illness was not predictable and hoped they would have been sympathetic, but they were anything but. They suggested we collect a takeaway afternoon tea (we live 35 minutes minimum from venue) or sent someone else in our place because it outs mean they lost therapists time and money, So, my friend managed to find someone else to go on MY birthday gift from her, and when they arrived they initially could not find the booking. When they did they showed them to a room to wait and said they would be back with towels. 35 minutes later they came back, by which time it gave only 30 minutes to have the rasul mud massage before afternoon tea. This was sadly very misrepresented as there was NO massage, it was a DIY mud kit that was reliant on the person you were with applying! It really was very disappointing that the staff suggested we were unable to cancel as it would mean therapy staff had been booked for us, when this was anything but the case. Exceptionally disappointed by the whole ‘experience’ - so sad as never had issues with a travel zoo deal before.
