Old but comfortable hotel right in the centre of Winchcombe. Rooms are a little dated but nevertheless clean & comfortable. The only negative is that you have to park your car a few minutes walk away from the hotel but at £1 for 24 hours it was inexpensive. Would have no hesitation in staying there again

Checkin lady was not very helpful. However, a gentleman who took over was very helpful. Some of the staff were excellent, others a little indifferent. Food was good, steak was excellent, breakfast very pleasant.

The White Hart was welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much in such an historical building. Our room had a comfortable bed and amenities and we were pleasantly surprised by a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The food was delicious and altogether it was a very good value and enjoyable stay.

Excellent staff and service all round. Not sure about the allowing dogs in the Dining Room. The dogs we encountered were very well behaved but one kept farting putting us off our meal.

It was all good except for the number of dogs in the hotel. I did not know it was "dog friendly" until I got there. That is the only reason I would not go back.
