We must have been spoilt as the room was much nicer, but this one is still very clean and good value for money, hence 4 stars.

Mark in the restaurant is fabulous, he is so efficient but made our meal perfect. He knows the town and is very knowledgeable about it. He recognises us, some 2 years later! An amazing man.

Room was lovely and spacious. However, the blind didn't work therefore no natural light at all. This made the room dark and dim.
The room overlooked a side alley which was noisy from passers by late in the night. Then 6am the noise from the bin collection and the extremely noisy delivery of the beer barrels from the pub across the room. Sadly My sleep was disturbed. Otherwise location was great. Kings lynn had a fabulous maritime history and lots of interesting buildings to explore.
