  • Parking at the hotel is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for £10 per car, per day; vehicle details must be registered at reception. Alternatively, you can park at one of the town's public car parks for a fee — Surrey Street and Tuesday Market Place car parks are the closest. King's Lynn Railway Station is a 10-minute walk away, or five minutes by car. 
  • Children under the age of five can stay at no additional cost. Children aged 5-15 can stay for an extra £10 per child, payable direct to the hotel. Children aged over 16 are charged as adults. Children will not be permitted in a room without an adult. 
  • Accessibility: The hotel will do its best to accommodate individual requirements. Enquire directly to discuss the availability of appropriate accommodation. 
  • Pets cannot stay as part of this deal. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.

A short b & b break. The room was good, clean and comfortable, and the public areas what was needed. We happened to prebook the time that just happened to coincide with a major storm so we stayed in all one afternoon but were able to have almost sole use of a very comfortable and peaceful sitting room.. all in all, it’s a good hotel right in the centre of Kings Lynn. Definitely recommended.

The Hotel is let down by the evening dining. The restaurant offers only a limited menu, but when we were second in at 7p.m. ,already three items were unavailable. By the time our order was taken our selection of risotto was also off !! (last portion taken by the third customer) Still, I suppose this is better than our previous stay last November, when the hotel could not offer ANY evening food, not even a bar snack.

Breakfasts were good, attended by welcoming and attentive staff. The hotel is comfortable, and the location is good.
