Booking was not easy. Nobody answers phone so you leave a message and nobody returns call. A couple of emails before replies were received then booking done via emails going to and fro which took a couple of days. Just answering phone or returning calls would make it so much easier and quicker. We did enjoy However enjoy our half day spa and the treatments were lovely.

The sandwich in the bar was very poor -no Cucumber with tuna. Young lad simply took it away and brought back half eaten with tuna put in. Yuk!

The beds around the pool were uncomfortable. They were slatted wood without any cushion. Parkingeye sent me a parking charge a week later although I had registered my car number plate. This problem was solved for me by a Radisson Hub manager however it had caused me some consternation. I would only recommend or visit this venue if the pool beds were improved as relaxing around the pool is a large part of a spa day experience.

Overall excellent package - the treatments were great - the only fault was the lockers did not work and the steam room was far too hot to use. The spa might also like to update their snacks to healthier options
