Mat was a great host and very formative about the plants we found, gave us plenty of ideas to take away to try foraging on our own.

Expert knowledge and friendly manner about Foraging. I enjoyed the experience and meet many friendly and warm people on the trip. Welcomed with coffee and pastries which was nice touch although the light lunch afterwards, although tasty just wasnt anywhere near enough. Sorry Matt went home still hungry. Overall very enjoyable and would take a visit again some time in the future.

Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and explained things really well, giving interesting snippets of historical information too. And the meal was great, as was the gin tasting!

Despite my negative comments it was very interesting and we had a good day with perfect weather, overall though, not good.
Other Comments
Too much driving around and stopping at the side of the road where I would consider tasting the local foliage a little dubious. It was a long day, we got very hungry by time we got back to the Bramble cafe. We were very disappointed with the food given that he was a master chef winner, we were warned that he wouldn't be cooking the lunch but even so... During the foraging he mentioned some cheap ideas delicious sounding for food so our expectations were obviously too high.
