The hotel is overlooking the sea so is in a perfect location. Parking was easy just across the road at the BIC so we left the car there and just walked. It was all so easy. The hotel staff were really helpful and the room was big and spacious with a lovely comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb as was our evening meal. Both were included in our travel zoo deal. I’d hearty recommend this hotel.

A great hotel. Perfect location for exploring Bournemouth. The meal in Crab restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order and a good selection. Bottles of water and biscuits left in the room each day.

The food was very good - the front-of-house staff were excellent and very attentive. Shame about the rest of the hotel. It is far from the 4-star standard we are used to.

The Hotel was located inland from the sea it was old and our first bedroom was not accessible to us although the hotel was aware I had mobility problems. The alternative room offered was clean and largeF
with adequate furniture. This room had not been brought up to date for a four-star hotel and lacked
many things a current 4star room would have
We were so disappointed we checked out one day early

The rooms are a generous size with all the expected facilities. The heating seemed very efficient despite the high ceilings. The food in the restaurant really deserves its two rosettes. There were four in our party and we had an enjoyable few days there.
