  • Saunton Sands Hotel is perched on a clifftop above three miles of sandy beach. The AA says the views are "stunning" while Condé Nast Johansens praises the "amazing location".
  • The Source Spa holds an AA Best UK Spa award for Devon. Facilities include a thermal suite, a rooftop relaxation room and sun deck, and a gym. There are also indoor and outdoor pools, and a tennis court (equipment hire is free).

We had the most wonderful weekend away, there was nothing we didn’t like, the food was lovely, staff lovely, so helpful, facilities second to none, the Thermal Suite was AMAZING. The different relaxing areas within the hotel lovely, we were NOT ready to come away. We even had lovely weather for walking.

Great location and beautiful art deco hotel. Excellent spa and swimming pool-pleasant temperature not cold.

Cosy bedroom was a little too cosy but nevertheless overall great value. Dining experience was excellent.

Room was made up for a single person so we had to ask for additional robe, flip flops and towels - we had asked for white wine in room, but were given red wine - the hair dryer stopped regularly so we had to ask for another one - the food was ok but the breakfast was quite poor in terms of choice

We had a basic room. Disappointed in the bathroom; shower over a very narrow bath and controls difficult to operate. Very comfy bed. Food excellent and service from chambermaid, bar & restaurant staff. Superb location.
