  • Mill End is an "elegant, relaxing hotel", says The Daily Telegraph. "Beamed rooms and soft carpets give the hotel a homely, country feel". Lounges are styled with "comfortable sofas, French furniture, and quirky vintage British pieces".
  • The hotel is housed in a 15th-century flour mill and features a restored 18-foot waterwheel.
  • The restaurant has been awarded two AA rosettes. Fresh fish from the Cornish coast and locally reared Devon beef feature on the menu. Herbs are harvested from the hotel's gardens. Bread and pastries are baked in house daily.

Room was very small and bathroom so small you could hardly close the door unless you squeezed in between the toilet and the shower. They said it was a king bed but it wasn’t. The wall shower wasn’t secure enough to use but fortunately they had a soaking one as well which was fine. Far too many barking dogs staying.
