"Had a lovely stay, amazing quirky hotel. Beautifully clean. Staff very helpful tho not fluent in English it wasn't a problem. Food very good but the hot breakfast was like warm and my toast was soggy on my Eggs Florentine. Fantastic massage too. Would recommend."

Fab few days. Wonderful meal that was part of the deal. Room was a bit small but understood we would have had to pay extra for larger room.

Very well appointed. Very welcoming owner and staff. Disappointed that the fire in the lounge was unlit and unattended, and thus unwelcoming. Lost opportunity to interact with other guests. Raucous groups in the adjoining Ancient Mariner.
