Having had to change the booking a couple of times due to illness and pending lockdown the reception staff were always helpful and patient. Service on the day was attentive,polite and pleasant. All round made the experience very enjoyable. A big thankyou to all the staff at Broadoaks.

We found the visit to be very safe and covid secure. The service was friendly and good afternoon tea. It was served in the orangery which was cold and comfort less with no ambiance. Why on such a miserable cold and wet day it could not have been served within the building I cannot understand. The least they could have done is to turn some heating on.

I had to ring 3 times before I got through to the reception to book my afternoon tea. I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon tea. The Orangery was lovely and the staff were very pleasant. I will be visiting again soon with a friend.
