    Spa experience and massage was excellent! However cream tea experience not quite so enjoyable. Not made clear that free glass of prosecco was served in Spa not with tea. Long walk to tea room in main hotel and then long wait. The type of tea served was not what was requested.

    The spa beauticians were brilliant and our treatments couldn't be faulted.

    Lack of customer service from reception staff, both on the phone prior and on arrival. The service in the hotel was appallingly slow and the scones in the cream tea were dry.

    Fantastic day to celebrate my friends birthday. We both had an amazing treatment and the glass of Prosecco afterwards was a special addition to our celebration. Will definitely return.

    The only point I would make is the Jacuzzi was slightly cool and we couldn’t spend much time in there.
