- The property has direct access to Kings Wood, an ancient woodland that's home to a variety of flora and fauna.
- The Pentewan Trail runs along the western boundary, forming part of the Cornish Way and linking the wood to local towns and villages.

- The fishing village of Mevagissey is 10 minutes' drive away. Watch grey seals bobbing in the water, get a bird's eye view of the harbour from Polkirt Hill, browse local shops, or grab a pint with fish and chips at one of the pubs in the area.

An amazing and relaxing experience from the beginning of our stay,
The rooms are beautifully decorated and detailed.
The food is delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Well Done Chef and his team.
The staff and management should be commended on every aspect of Kingswood.
I would highly recommend a stay, and we will return very soon. Thank you.

It was much more modern than we’d imagined but came with all the comforts of a modern hotel. The meals (breakfast and evening) were fantastic - freshly prepared food, and the chef seemed very happy to accommodate my vegan diet.
Other Comments
Staff were lovely and everywhere was clean and warm. A pot of coffee at breakfast would have been nice to avoid having to order and wait every time we wanted a second cup.

Highly recommend, as a Coeliac food choices can be limited but the food here was outstanding, the crispy duck salad was my favourite. The chef even made me a gluten free scone which was so light. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We will definitely return
