Staff good. Treatments fantastic. The meal was average and the restaurant was busy because of a conference so not the best. We enjoyed the morning and it was relaxing but not really a spa experience.

We were booked in for spa treatments at 15.00 and the 3 of us entered this on our forms but when we turned up we were advised it was 15.30. No explanation given.

Good treatments with a few additional options to those advertised, buffet lunch (although only 1 dessert on offer other than selection of fruit) and no apparent restriction on time spent in facilities.

Pool is a decent size for swimming in with a couple of lanes for lengths available too. Space in changing rooms is fairly limited - would both have liked to use them when busy.

Day before was rang to change times of treatments for 3 of us which we could not change to a different date due to travelling far especially for this get together .We agreed in end as given complimentary pm tea which to be honest was good but would never have paid extra 15pd on offer for ! Felt nothing exciting or different but we enjoyed the experience ! Our treatment s we all enjoyed lovely products .experience and staff and felt very relaxed after ..Pity no where have coffee at spa area on arrival so walked to hotel part but had 3 all luke warm drinks ! And not cheap !! The actual pool area was not busy so we were fine used sauna ect ok but if was busy days definantly need more lounger beds .We were very surprised too no access in that area to water fountain esp most beauty would say drink lots when in saunas steam rooms ..We did enjoy our day and felt offer was well worth treatments alone .

Fantastic value for money because the spa treatments were exceptional. Crewe Hall is stunning. We should have booked afternoon tea in the beautiful hall, instead we had lunch in the brassiere. Food quality was poor but staff were very nice.
