Check in was easy. On site parking available.
Perhaps an extra staff member for bar orders.
Ate at hotel first night although the food was good presentation could have been better.
Other Comments
We had free tickets to Bletchley Park included in an offer. The hotel was perfectly situated for this.
Buckingham itself wasn’t any different from a lot of towns regarding shops but plenty of pubs. A lovely Italian restaurant down the road Prego’s.
Staff were excellent.

A central hotel, good food, easy parking.

Ensure rooms were made up daily and recommend changing mattress on the bed as very uncomfortable.

Booking in went well, no problems. Staff at the evening meal and breakfast all friendly, as were all the staff we met. Had a problem, not the Hotel's fault, and it was all resolved quickly with no hassle.

The main disappointment was the bath/shower, which is dated and could do with modernisation of the taps and shower head. The views from the room windows was also disappointing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the parking was very convenient.

Very nice hotel and staff, only downside for us was restaurant menu, lots of steaks ( not for us ) we thought not much else so only ate 1 night in there .

The first room we were shown had an extractor unit outside the window which was noisy so the very helpful reception staff found us a room facing outside rather than the courtyard. Comfortable bed and a nice room. We had booked for the restaurant on our second night as we fancied a steak but after having the breakfast on the first morning we cancelled as the "full English breakfast" included what they called a piece of fried bread, this was served and looked very pale and tasted like it had been cooked in rancid fat which put us off of the idea of dining in the restaurant that evening. Overall, if you get the right room and steer clear of the fried bread, your stay will be ok
