Spa much bigger than expected - good to find a large swimming pool with hot tub, sauna & steam rooms. Downside was that it was half term & the pool was full of children playing a ball game. They were also in the sauna & steam room (not good for small children) so it was all pretty noisy. The relaxation room was quiet however, & the Ultimate glow massage was one of the best I’ve had. Light lunch was ok too. Will return in future as not far from home.

We were 7 ladies and know the hotel well as we life locally. However, it has been altered since we last used the spa.

On arrival we were not welcomed by the spa reception or shown around or given a breakdown of the day. The therapist and catering staff were very good. I did feedback about the spa reception to another member of the staff.

we had an absolutely fantastic day. It was so clean the staff could not do enough for you at the reception desk in the restaurant and in the spa. Not only that the small things really made our stay more pleasurable e.g fresh milk in a hotel room, costume spinner in the spa along with GHD hair dryer, freshwater from a dispenser in the hotel rooms. Staff go above and beyond, massages were fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

We had a lovely day the spa facilities were extremely clean and the relaxation room was especially good. We did have to wait a very long time for our lunch to be served (having already pre-ordered). However this didn’t have any negative affect on how much we enjoyed our time there
