Attended with my sister for her birthday, staff attentive and professional. We skipped the sauna as it was a really hot day when we attended.

I managed to book my experience well enough and date and timings were agreed but then just before I was due to attend I received an email with a different time - my booking had been moved an hour earlier without my agreement. I contacted them and eventually it was rectified - no apology or explanation except that someone else was booked in at the same time I had requested!

When I arrived having amended my booking time back to the originally agreed time there was nobody at the spa to meet me and it was closed up. I had to telephone and somebody later attended to me having had to wait outside for 15 minutes. There was much confusion over timings and I felt they tried to blame me for changing my time - they were generally disorganised and I didn't enjoy the waiting around and I felt I was in the way etc. The treatments I had when I eventually received them were absolutely fine - the issue is the management of the Spa itself and it all seemed a bit "hobby jobby" to me and not professional.

The sauna was very small There was limited changing facilities which weren’t really clean. The lockers were also broken. The treatment itself was very good

Dirty floors, when you took off footwear, bits stuck to my feet. Broken lockers so had to share. No mirrors or hairdryers.

The treatments themselves were brilliant as were the staff but travelzoo misled us with their advertising of this deal!!

It was not a spa day. We had access to a tiny 2 person dry sauna. Should not have been sold as spa day. No pool or jacuzzi.
