The staff were welcoming and helpful, sorting out our booking even though Aztec West had not confirmed the voucher as we thought. The facilities were impressive and clean. It was lovely to be able to relax, swim, use the steam room and read as we chose. The lunch was great quality and value for money too, the lady who served us was especially friendly and helpful. We would love to use the gym too, which is a good reason to return !

It would be great if an ice element could be introduced into the thermal cycle to provide a contrast and health benefit after the stream room and sauna. It was also be good if there could be consistency and clarity regarding whether we can access the chill room, which has snacks and drinks etc. We were told we could on our tour, only to be told to leave by the spa staff.

Phoebe, one the receptionists, Stacey, the spa receptionist and Ben the waiter who served our lunchtime meal are worthy of a mention. They were wonderful ambassadors for the hotel.
