Opened in September 2018, Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is one of only a handful of hotels on the Vegas Strip that has been awarded AAA 5-Diamond status. This property boasts rooms that are larger than the average NYC apartment and styled with chic, modern decor along with floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room is equipped with spa-inspired bathrooms that offer natural light, walk-in showers and large bathtubs.
The Waldorf Astoria Spa is 27,000 square feet and spans over two floors with a variety of services offered in the extensive spa menu including body and facial treatments, thermal experiences -- guests can take a jog down the Strip every Wednesday morning with the Waldorf Astoria Spa Team and enjoy coffee on the pool deck afterward. The hotel features two pools, two Whirlpool baths and a plunge pool located on the eighth-floor pool deck that overlooks the Strip.
After a day at the pool, enjoy afternoon tea at the Tea Lounge on the 23rd floor, which also offers a variety of small bites. For dinner, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire is the fancier option, engaging guests with a modern take on French cuisine with dishes like lobster fricassee and Hudson Valley foie gras. While the hotel is surrounded by nightlife options, guests looking to celebrate in room will be pleased to know that Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas has taken the commitment to luxury one step further by offering a Moet & Chandon Champagne vending machine.

Danger. Not participating in Hilton program. Why be a Hilton if you don’t. Nothing open during the week. Very unimpressive options-restaurant spa etc all closed or lite bites only and at weird hours

Quality of the room. It's Waldorf Astoria and I expected the value by the name. It was a bit disappointing. Also, my room was facing the Strip and the noise from the street bothered us at night times. If you want peaceful sleep at night, choose the City view side not the Strip view side.

Everything went well, the only drawback was the airfare that went along with the package which was basic economy and entailed additional expenses (bag charges, seat purchase, ect.) as we would have rather paid more for our ticket than be nickeled and dimd along the way. We shoveled out another $160.00 in fees due to the cheap airfare.

The hotel was very nice, the bathroom was huge which both myself and wife were very pleased with, but the velvet covering on the furniture seemed outdated and worn.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and remember our names. Since there is no casino on premise it is less crowded.

2 MAJOR ISSUES. 1) TravelZoo did NOT tell me that hotel SPA & Restaurant & hot tub were shut down. 2) first night neighbors in adjoining room had a party from 10:30pm to 6:30am. They yelled, laughed, came in and out of room ALL NIGHT slamming door. We got absolutely NO SLEEP.

This was one of the best trips I and my wife have taken to Las Vegas. The hotel service was exceptional! It is located in the middle of the action but the hotel itself is quiet and personable. We will definitely want to stay at Waldorf again.

I was quite impressed with the staff's constant checking via email messages asking how our stay was and if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. One of the days we forgot to turn the privacy light off when we went out, we received a text message to let them know which time that we prefer to have them go by cleaning the room. My wife and I just thoroughly enjoyed the staff's attention to detail on everything. We truly had a wonderful stay.

Will never fly Frontier airline again! A simple short 1hr flight was routed to International terminal with very long lines and inconvenient baggage pickup at another terminal by shuttle. Frontiers budget airline made the deal NOT worth it!!!

Needed to change dirty room to a cleaner room only available the next day. Inconvenient due to poor housekeeping!

Everything worked out perfectly. One stop shopping...hotel, airfare & shuttle to and from hotel. The Waldorf Astoria junior suite was absolutely gorgeous. We used the $100 credit to have dinner @ Zen Kitchen. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The hotel is located in the heart of Vegas. No shows during travel periodDec 8-11 (assuming thus the deal) but plenty other things to do.

The room was old, floor was damaged and it was done in Chinese style. All the pictures I have seen before I booked this hotel did NOT look like the room I got. Maybe I got it since it was a deal and those new rooms are not a part of the deal, but you should advertise with those pictures.

I like the room layout and design. The bathroom was awesome! Need to update in-room entertainment system, especially having speakers that can connect with devices through Bluetooth. The small TV embedded in the bathroom mirror needs to be working again. The chair that goes with the desk needs to be an ergonomic chair with adjustable height of seat. The old chair is far too low. I bet even someone 6-ft tall will find it impossible to rest his/her arms comfortably on the desk while typing on a laptop computer. Would have been nice to have our room turned down every night. (There was one night when our room was not turned down.)

rooms were spacious, comfortable & quite. The location on the strip was very convenient.

The hotel was disjointed... Checkin was not on the 1st floor, but the 23rd floor. Then a different elevator to get to your room. There was only 1 main restaurant (not including the exclusive one, Twist). Staff was great, but the guests were some of the most inconsiderate group I’ve ever encountered.

The staff were wonderful and really helpful. Everyone went out of their way to accomodate me and try and make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I also really appreciated the texts to ask if I needed anything throughout the day...nice touch!

Beautiful hotel...disappointing that their pool was only open until 4pm. Never got a chance to use it, since I'd be back from trainings after it was already closed.

Everything was first class. It had been over 30 years since we had been to Vegas, so needless to say, a LOT has changed. But the Waldorf was in a perfect location because we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go, and Ubers were readily available if we didn't want to walk. We also realized just what an oasis the Waldorf is when we visited some of the other locations in Vegas that were hotels/casinos and found them to be almost overwhelming - they were nice to visit but the Waldorf was calming and relaxing.
