Why We Love This Hotel

Overview
You've spent the day playing tennis, indulging in an in-room massage and lounging by the rooftop pool amidst expansive water views. Who would have guessed you're also less than 10 minutes from Toronto's Union Station? This is the brand-new Hotel X, that boasts facilities you’d be hard-pressed to find at any other Toronto property.
Light streams into the massive sports complex. Hit a few balls on one of the four indoor tennis courts, nine squash courts or at the golf simulator. Warm up with cardio in the sprawling fitness centre, then stretch out with a session in the dedicated yoga and hot yoga rooms. To cool off, head to the 28th floor to swim surrounded by views of Lake Ontario in the 50-foot, indoor/outdoor pool. Prefer to stay out of the sun? You can still enjoy the view inside at Valerie, drink in hand.
Some of Toronto’s best entertainment, sports and concert venues are minutes away. BMO Field, Budweiser Stage and RBC Echo Beach are all within a 10-minute walk, as is the Canadian National Exhibition. In between shows and games, take a waterfront stroll, or cruise the harbour in a tall ship. Want to head into the financial or entertainment districts? Take a BMW X5 to any destination within 5 kilometres, courtesy of the hotel’s complimentary house car service.
When you return to your room, step into a walk-in shower or sink into a soaker tub and relax with top-of-the-line toiletries from L’Occitane or experience big screen entertainment at the 250-seat cinema.

Location and hotel is just perfect , waterfront with walking opportunities next to exhibition modern design, clean, staff friendly and helpful, enjoyed sport’s mobility class , Jim is spacious lot’s of light, pool is inviting with staff attending to, Valerie bar good vibe, attentive to accommodate everyone wish on busy Saturday night back drop of Toronto CN tower and city lights

It was a relaxing staycation with luxurious touches throughout. The Hotel is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, entertaining and memorable stay. The staff were the real stand outs at this Hotel. Every single staff encounter we had was phenomenal. The Team at the front desk were so personable, excellent at anticipating and attending to all of our needs. The Staff that greet you at the door and assisting with luggage are so kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. The Staff at the Child's Play Centre and Gym/Exercise Classes were also very kind, attentive and helpful. Everyone that we interacted with were so very pleasant, professional, kind and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. It was very warm and welcoming Hotel and we are very glad we booked this Travel Zoo. We look forward to returning for a longer stay. Thank you so much to the Team at Hotel X and to Travel Zoo for offering high-quality experiences for your Members.

The room was spotless, I don’t believe we have ever stayed in a hotel room that had achieved a level of cleanliness that we found at hotel x.

Amenities should not expire at noon checkout from room… most local properties allow use of facilities on day of departure after checking out of room - which matters to those of us with an afternoon/evening flight out of Toronto
