Excellent hotel and great value on the deal. Stayed a Saturday night, used the spa twice. Yes the queues are long at 4pm check-in so we just went to the spa for an hour then came back. The staff at both the rooftop bar and lobby bar could provide more speedy service (except Kathleen who was fab!) but both are nice places to enjoy a drink so if you can get past that then it's fine. Good sound proofing on the rooms and really comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

All Nice until you go to the Bar to get a drink and they want 12.5% service charge for pouring it and putting it in front of you, Outrageous, I wish I could charge that for doing my daily job.

Really nice hotel, Great clean and nicely decorated room, staff were great, no issues at all. Breakfast is self serve but there is a lot to choose from. Really good value for money on this deal!

Busy Hotel - Room service / Cleaning of room once at Hotel just didn't happen for whatever reason on a 2 night stay, however far too many plus points outweigh any negatives

Everything was perfect for us including the location. We were able to store our luggage pre check in and after we checked out . The room was very comfortable and clean . The public areas were attractive and the breakfast selection was very good . The staff were very friendly and helpful . We had a wonderful few days staying here .

Excellent value for money. There were a couple of teething problems (no towels, missing toiletries) but these issues were dealt with professionally. Staff all friendly and polite. Wonderful location.
