We chose not to go there but did go to the Keg and we had a fantastic view of the falls there with the Christmas lights. Walking down by the falls there are excellent Christmas light displays and it wasn't too cold. I would definitely recommend the deal just knowing that the food vouchers aren't all that awesome."

We really enjoyed our stay and it was well worth upgrading to a room with the whirlpool tub. Rooms had old carpets, odour from smoking and other smells. Blinds were broken. We also ended up moving into a two beds room from a king room as the smell was so strong. The beds weren’t even queen size so it was an uncomfortable sleep. Bathroom was not perfectly clean.

The room was not properly cleaned. I went to have a shower and there was someone else's hair still on the wall. It made me question everything about the cleaning integrity and standards during Covid....its just not acceptable. I truely feel I deserve a discount/refund. Luckily I brought a can of Lysol and paper towels with me and spent a good 45 minutes re-cleaning every surface. It was rather disappointing in these times. Quite frankly unacceptable on any given day. But the amount of assurance provided that everything was cleaned properly....flew out the window. I will not return, nor recommend.

The hotel is very clean. During this time of COVID-19 don't expect the usual amenities. If you need a hair dryer you need to ask for one. There are no ice buckets so bring a container.

To save some dough for a Friday night you can park across the street for $30 less than the valet option.

It was an awesome stay at the Four Points Sheraton! We got vouchers with our stay for the restaurants downstairs in the hotel which was very helpful. It was a 10 minute walk to the falls and a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill where we enjoyed the Skywheel, Mini golf, and the Speedway! My boyfriend and I would definitely recommend the hotel because the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool was booked up and my kids could not attend even though I called the hotel 2 prior to our trip and asked specifically about the pool (nobody suggested to book at ime in advance). Spacious room. Front desk lady friendly & helpful. Housekeeping considerate & patient. Would have liked a comfortable arm chair. Sorry I never mentioned my daughter's allergy to feather pillows. We were okay though because not all the provided pillows contained feathers. Gym was fine. Equipped with recumbent bike as well as regular one. Pool shallow but fine for exercise. Whirlpool was clean &'pretty warm. Thanx for a great visit. Will be back.

Location was great, we did have a pretty unpleasant experience with our room however. Dirt coming out of the jets of the jacuzzi, bugs on the wall, toilet not flushing. I have contacted the hotel about this and no response. Other than that, perfect location to everything in Niagara Falls just would not return to this specific hotel until their rooms are up to par.

It was a great experience. The first night wasn't so pleasurable, the heater was so noisy that I jumped up every time it started. So at 4 am I got up and turned it off as I needed to sleep. My husband woke up freezing so jumped in the shower to warm up and there was no hot water. When we spoke to them they offered for us to change room. We did and the second room the fan had to be on all the time for the heat to work. They took 25.00 off the room which helped but she then said yes I know.. we have been having issues with the 08 rooms. Well they should not have put us in an 08 room in the first place.

It was the first time to stay at four point by Sheraton. It was nice atmospher, friendly staffs, easy to access restaurants. Once we were checked it and went to the room(17th floor), there was noise from the hallway, above our room. Especially the squeaking noise when a door opens and closes from other room bothers us so much. It was poor soundproof facilities. Other than that it was great.

The staff were rude on two separate occasions - once when I asked about the Bonvoy membership at the membership counter (the girl just glared and said "i'm busy helping someone else right now") and the second time when i called for the valet to bring my car as we checked out... the clerk was rude on the phone when i said i could not hear him properly because he mumbled, and then we came downstairs and waited for my car for 20 minutes at the lobby door before i checked at the desk and he had not even ordered my car. The rooms were mediocre and need updating, the bathtub drain was plugged solid and didn't drain at all (YUCK), our particular view out the window was directly onto all of the air conditioning units on the roof. As a regular traveler to Las Vegas, I stay at the Wynn, Encore, Venetian or Bellagio regularly and the Sheraton isn't even a 3 out of 10 on that scale.
