"Although the Coronavirus was spreading during our visit, it did not affect us until approx 3 days before our departure. Until this time, the restaurants were open and it was easy to make a booking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable although as we read before we booked, it would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the steep hill. Buggies were available though. Watersports were available and the gym/class instructors were great. We booked 3 trips through the hotel - the trip co-ordinator was not very helpful and offered no advice. However, the boat trip to the Pitons was good but there was a queue to enter the waterfall pool. Pigeon Island transfer was lovely. The rainforest walk was a bit disappointing as just walking along concrete paths. Anyway, Travelzoo booking facility was so convenient and would definitely book with you again."

Covering a 22-acre stretch of St. Lucia beachfront, St. James’s Club Morgan Bay offers a huge variety of activities for all ages. Like many Caribbean resorts, St. James's caters to couples looking for a romantic escape, but this island oasis also welcomes families with open arms.

There’s a quiet stretch of white-sand beach. There are four pools, including one for children with a waterslide. A kids club has arts and crafts, while adults can enjoy nightly entertainment like jazz musicians and fire dancers. There are volleyball courts on the beach, tennis courts on land, and fitness classes teaching Caribbean dance or Tai Chi. The all-inclusive rates cover the rentals of non-motorised water sports like kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling equipment.

Rooms are bright and airy, with white tile floors and a private terrace or balcony overlooking the gardens, pool or ocean. Stays are all-you-can-eat-and-drink, with a swim-up bar and six restaurants serving French Creole to Asian Fusion cuisine.

Beautiful resort. Excellent staff. Great restaurants with unbelievably gorgeous water views. Impressed by the attention paid to cleanliness practices. Overall excellent experience.

Tram drivers very friendly & helpful. Kimberly at receptionist desk was a very friendly & great help to us.

The staff was wonderful in meeting any special request we had. We had a great time. The sun, weather,and water were great! They also arranged to mail back my husband's cell phone, left behind by mistake. They went above and beyond!

It isn’t really all inclusive, still had to pay for better wine, steak for supper, one of the restaurants etc. No daily drink of the day like in other places.

We assumed there would be nightly entertainment, ( being to Punta Cana several times), so we a bit disappointed in the quality of what was available.

for the first ten days the holiday was perfect. Then the hotel started to close down around us. Three on-site restaurants closed and all evening entertainment was cancelled. The attitude of the reception staff was not up to expectations in many areas. I spite of all the cancelations going on we were still expected to pay 70 US dollars to keep our room for 4 hours at the end of our stay, even though there were no more guests due into the resort. Not a good way to treat your customers.

Great experience with Travelzoo and with the hotel, but not with the Air Canada- that we flew on. Air Canada delayed our flight the night before (due to airline's fault-no crew availability) causing us to miss a connection from Toronto to St. Lucia . We had to spend a night in Toronto and arrived 24-hr later to our destination. Air Canada refused to reimburse us, as we lost the entire day of our 6 night vacation. The airline knew about the flight delay the night before and instead of rebooking us to the earlier flight so we can make the connection- chose to ignore and deny our claim for compensation with Air Canada.

Beautiful country! Ride from airport to resort is neat. Plenty to see outside resort. Piton mountains, snorkling, water falls, ocean, etc are all amazing. Hotel is a bit dated. Bottled water not included in all inclusive items. In room internet is $10 per day. Most staff is unpleasant. Extremely slow service. 25% Discount off Spa Services was not accepted

NIce overall. The rooms need to be updated and the first room we checking into had water leaking out of the AC unit in the master bedroom and their was a tree blocking the view. I requested a different room, which I lucked out and there wasn't anything blocking the view nor was their any maint. issues.

The staff was pretty nice, I would give them 8/10. I was surprised there were no hot tubs and the food was ok, nothing to get excited about. I think this is really a 3.5 (vs. 4) star resort.

he only down side of our trip was the distance the hotel was from the airport. Over an hour car ride. We did get a nice car and lovely driver but the roads are winding and scary... we could of done with out this long ride. The staff at the club was very helpful and courteous. We were there in the midst of the Covid 19 scare and sanitizer dispensers were everywhere. Staff encouraged using sanitizer as we walked in and out of restaurants. The room was clean but needed an update. We had an Oceanview room which was lovely but we had to walk up a very steep hill and steps in order to get there...not very convenient. Pools and oceanfront chairs were great. Food in most of the restaurants was good.
