They put us in a room on the 35th floor two floors below the rooftop live band entertainment . the band played loud percussion music until 4a.m. the percussion and sound resonated loudly down to our room. When we complained they said they could not change our room because they were sold out, but would tell the band to reduce the Bass level and then sent up ear plugs to our room. Neither helped to allow us to fall asleep.. The next day after we complained to management they changed our room, but could not COMP. us since we had pre-booke through Travelzoo. we expect Travelzoo to fully compensate us for the night of June 2nd ,for the reasons stated above. We look forward to your response. You nay reach us by phone at 781-581-9287 to discuss this matter in more detail. Ed and Rita Collins

Due to the rooftop bar, loud music can be heard well into the middle of the night (2am and later) on the weekends. I'd suggest guests who want a quiet night to request a room below floor 20. The elevators are also particularly slow and crowded.

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. We had to change our room due to AC failure, and they were very prompt in getting us a new room and very apologetic for the problem. The location was fine for us as we were there to see Broadway shows.

The rooms were immaculate and the rest of the hotel that we saw was great! The wifi was fast and even good in the elevators! I would definitely stay here again.

someone needs to strictly man the elevators at busy times. there are 4 elevators and you had to race others to get on. we waited for 15 minutes just to take our luggage to our room. People just walking in to go up to their rooms would hop on not realizing there was an elevator line so to speak.

Location was great for walking to a Broadway show. Plus it is just a few turns from the Lincoln Tunnel. Room were adequate for the money. Service staff were friendly and helpful.

The major drawback was what we thought would be a nice rooftop lounge turned out to be a nightclub blasting house music that reverberated at least 5 or 6 floors down until 3:30am. If you are over 35, i eould recommend forgoing the impressive view and demand a lower floor.

The location was OK but you have to walk by a lot of homeless people and it's not OK at night. The elevators were slow.

When we got there, we were given room #2606 and the AC was so loud when it came on. We called the front desk and was told to come downstairs again with the luggage and waiting for the elevator took 10 minutes. Once we came down, we were given the keys to room #3501 which was a better room but I don't understand why we were asked to come downstairs which was a total inconvenience. I just felt like since we booked through a 3rd party, we were NOT treated the same.
