The Guest House at Graceland is less than a 10-minute drive from Memphis International Airport, and a free airport shuttle is available. Memphis is a two-hour drive from Little Rock, a three-hour drive from Nashville and four hours from St. Louis.
The King always wanted a place for his guests to stay when they visited him at his famous Memphis mansion, Graceland. About 40 years after his death, the Elvis Presley estate made that desire a reality with the Guest House at Graceland, a seven-story, 450-room hotel just steps away from Graceland itself.
Aside from proximity to the Graceland grounds, guests have access to multiple restaurants and bars including EP's Bar and Grill for drinks and sandwiches or Delta's Kitchen with a full American breakfast buffet. There's a 464-seat theater for live performances, a huge outdoor lawn for games and family activities and an outdoor pool.
For guests who want to explore more of Memphis, shuttles can carry you downtown to the clubs, bars and restaurants of Beale Street ($5 each way). When your trip is done, those shuttles will also take you to the nearby Memphis International Airport, free of charge.

Great to be so close to Graceland and have free shuttle service. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are very quiet.

The employees did not know much about tours or anything going on at Graceland. We were told wrong information a couple different times. I would think they would work together with Graceland.

The live music in the lobby in the evenings! This was such a wonderful and unexpected touch. We loved each performer and it was so nice to enjoy this experience with other groups of people who were all there for the same reason!

The Guest House at Graceland was an above average experience. Each and every staff member said hello and smiled at us. We felt so warm and welcomed at this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional, service was exceptional and the value for the price we paid was incredible. I would definitely come back and I would never consider staying anywhere else in memphis.

Conflicting information on buying tickets to Graceland. Extremely poor service trying to get seated at the sports bar. Felt like shuttle to Beale Street and parking should have been included in room charge.

Buffet breakfast was below average. Food was not kept warm. Long wait when items like eggs and biscuits ran out. Table service was poor. One day server took our drink order, but never came back.

Breakfast buffet very unorganized. Ran out of biscuits twice, asked 3 different people for cream cheese for bagel and never got it. Twice asked for spoon before I got it. Finished most of buffet food before got the omelet. Had to call for check out time and location of ice.

It is beautiful, very clean, warm and friendly staff. With time they will likely achieve a 4 star rating.

The hotel is new and the staff are not very skilled. Everyone was pleasant and tried very hard, but with a 4 star rating...i had higher expectations. A hotel that does not run like a finely tuned instrument is not a 4 star rating.

The staff in EP Grill although very nice seemed very slow and disorganized even with hardly any people in there. I'm assuming since hotel is so new they're still working on their systems and it will improve

Room rates were very reasonable-very good value for the $'s. The only concerns is the price of Drinks-prices were excessive, actually ridiculous! Had a great time but could have been better if "drinks" were more reasonable. Cost more to have a few cocktails @ appetizers then room cost. Bring your prices down @ keep customers "in-house"!
