In the shadow of the Dolomites in Italy's South Tyrol region, Hotel Steger-Dellai is a traditional chalet-style property that makes a great base for an activity break at any time of year.
Located 1,900 metres above sea level, this ski-in, ski-out property sits within the Dolomite Superski area and is close to a number of ski lifts. During the summer months, guests flock here to hike, bike and ride horses in the Seiser Alm region. The hotel has its own natural bathing lake.
Kitted out with Alpine timber, the hotel has a typical Tyrolean look and features a cosy wood-panelled lounge with a fireplace. Guests can also relax on the sunny terrace overlooking Mount Schlern. The restaurant serves dishes from the South Tyrol area made with ingredients from local farms and meat sourced from the hotel's own hunting grounds. Guests have free access to the spa, which features a sauna, a steam bath, a solarium, a laconium and an ice fountain.
All rooms have a living area with a sofabed and a balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel.
