The Amadi Panorama Hotel is a 4-star hotel in IJburg, a new residential district on man-made islands in IJmeer Lake to the east of Amsterdam. The hotel occupies the top three floors of a traditional-looking apartment building, and offers excellent views over the city and the lake.
IJburg is known for its floating houses and modern architecture. You'll find a selection of restaurants on the small port, around 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, and there's also a small shopping centre within walking distance. In the summer we recommend you visit Blijburg beach club at the other end of the island, around 30 minutes' walk away or a short journey by tram. Amsterdam's Centraal Station is less 20 minutes away by tram (line 26), and the nearest stop is one block from the hotel.
Hotel facilities are limited to a lobby and restaurant on the eighth floor. An organic breakfast is served here -- options include sparkling wine and pancakes or omelettes cooked to order, as well as the usual buffet options.
Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony overlooking the city or IJmeer Lake. Superior Rooms are slightly larger than Deluxe Rooms. All are equipped with a Nespresso machine and free Wi-Fi, and guests can help themselves to complimentary drinks from the mini bar (one free soft drink and one free beer per person, per day).
